How do I order Catering for my booth?
A Booth Catering Order Form must be completed in its entirety for food and beverage orders. Once your order form is received, contracts and deposit information will be forwarded to you. Incomplete forms may delay or cancel your booth service.
As an Exhibitor, how can I get Food Preparation Services?
The Food Preparation Form is to be utilized by Exhibitors who require Services from Kelber Catering. Services such as: heat & serve products, food preparation, booth delivery of prepared products.
Does the Minneapolis Convention Center require compostable products?
Yes, all Exhibitors are required to support the efforts of Kelber Catering and the Minneapolis Convention Center to reduce waste by providing ALL Compostable Sampling Containers and Serviceware. These guidelines will help.
No Outside Food or Beverages?
If outside food and/or beverage is discovered, the occurrence will be documented and a one-thousand-dollar ($1000.00) fee per occurrence will be assessed to the exhibitor and the outside food and beverage will need to be removed immediately upon notice in order not to receive additional occurrence fees.
Are there limits to Food & Beverage sampling?
Yes, food and beverage samplings are limited to products manufactured, processed or distributed by the Exhibiting Company. Food & Beverage Sampling permits and inspections are under the authority of the Minneapolis Health Department, Division of Environmental Health. For more information, select a link below:
Are THC Products are allowed?
No, THC Products are not allowed. THC Edibles or similar hallucinogenic products are not allowed to be distributed or sold at MCC. All consumable food products or ingested products sold or distributed at MCC must be provided by MCC’s in-house caterer. Due to lack of clear licensing and legal liability insurance similar to alcohol sales, Kelber Catering and the MCC do not permit the sale of consumable THC gummies or like consumable THC products.
Credit Card Processing?
Credit Card Authorization
For deposits and payment made via credit card. Please consult your catering representative to receive a link to complete the credit card authorization process. Credit card processing fees will be added to all credit card transactions for catering orders. Processing fees vary by credit card, speak to your Catering Sales Manager for further details on Credit Card Processing Fees.
