Over medium heat sauté shallots in butter in a saucepan until translucent, sprinkle in 1 ½ T. of the flour and cook for and additional 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the white wine and cook for 2 minutes. Gently stir in the Thai sweet chili sauce and heavy whipping cream, reduce heat. Meanwhile, season the chicken breasts with the seasoning salt and lightly dredge in the flour. In a sauté pan over medium-high heat add the canola oil until shimmering. Sauté the chicken for approximately 4 minutes per side, or until an internal temperature of 165 degrees is reached. Pour sauce over the chicken and serve hot.

Serving suggestion: accompany your dish with sautéed green beans and carrots along with jasmine rice
